Lately I have really started to enjoy a cup or two or three a day of hot tea. I am trying with all my might to like it more than my arch nemesis the cola. I am making progress, but I haven't been able to dethrone the cola yet! Darn.
I have quite a collection of tea developing. It seams like each time I go to the store I pick up another flavor to try. I get a odd sense of joy out of trying a new kind, but I keep going back to the same one - Yogi Echinacea Immune Support. Mmmm, yummy good and good for you too. I really think this tea has helped me through the flu season (now by saying that, I hope I don't jinx myself).
Yogi teas also have an added little fun to them - words of wisdom on the tags. Many times they tell me something I really needed to hear at that moment. Does the universe ever do that to you - put the perfect quote or great article right under you nose? Seems to happen to me a lot.
I saved a few tags this week and since you can't read them in the picture - here are the quotes:
Those who live in the past limit their future.
May your light become a living universal light.
The beauty in you is your spirit.
Provoke, confront, elevate.
True understanding is found through compassion.
My friend from Under a Red Roof also has a collection of wisdom you might want to take a look at, plus her blog is pretty darn cool too.
Do you have any good teas to suggest? I would like to try this one soon, but its a bit pricey.
